Your Opportunity: The Business Identity and Consumer Products Business Unit relies heavily on technology to market and sell our products. Our customers rely on our technology to grow their business by leveraging our E-commerce solutions to sell print and gain access to our manufacturing capabilities. As the Software Developer, you will leverage your E-commerce software development expertise to develop features and resources for our clients on our primary B2B platform to add value to our customer relationships. Your role will encompass coordinating product implementation and release, as well as overseeing development, regression and deployment cycles to execute on pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, site design and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ability to collaborate with a small software development team comprised of on-site teams, off-site teams and/or remote workers.
  • Develop software applications to adhere to designs supporting business requirements or external customer needs.
  • Apply established design patterns and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) best practices in development of software solutions.
  • Develop web pages with coding languages such as C#, CSHtml and JavaScript.
  • Develop back-end services using .NET Framework and .NET core technologies.
  • Code, test, debug, document and install programs to support software applications.
  • Standardize quality assurance and regression testing protocols and oversee testing and remediation.
  • Assist in documentation of business processes including instructions for use, functionality, descriptions and activity diagrams of the system.
  • Remain current on new technologies and best practices in information technology industry.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute effective strategies to implement them.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
  • 3-5 years of software development experience preferred.
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming, .NET Framework, .NET / C# / CSHTML / .NET Core
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Microsoft Office product suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet regular deadlines.
  • A high degree of energy, initiative and self-motivation.
