QTC is seeking a Program Analyst to support the IT Portfolio Manager and the PMO. The Program Analyst is responsible for creating and running reports, gathering pertinent program/portfolio information, and providing an analysis of the data to the PMO team.

Based on department needs, this role will perform Project Management on small to medium size projects. The candidate should express a desire to pursue a career path within the PMO. This Program Analyst role is a pathway to more senior project, program and portfolio positions. *100% remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor IT SDLC team performance through planning metrics and reports as directed by the IT Portfolio Manager
  • Work closely with IT Portfolio Manager to keep the IT roadmap of projects current
  • Present data clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Report appropriate SDLC team, program and portfolio metrics.
  • Support the portfolio roadmap planning cycle including meetings with IT and business partners to ensure strategic alignment and focus.
  • Assists with execution support for the overall program life cycle educating internal IT staff on usage and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication across all SDLC and program teams
  • Disseminates information in a timely fashion at the appropriate level of detail for the target audience.
  • Escalates issues and vulnerabilities to appropriate senior managers and/or stakeholders.
  • Creates project schedules, status reports and resource planning for assigned projects.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competencies:

  • Effective verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of effective analytical, product and project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel for data analysis and complex formulas.
  • Tableau development experience a plus
  • Presentation creation in PowerPoint
  • Experience with MS Project and/or SmartSheets.
  • Must possess demonstrated working knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint, Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability of working in a virtual team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation a plus

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 2 to 5 years of related experience
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Pay Range:Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
