Student Solutions customer service position that would provide direct student service. Evaluates and determine UWG readmission application and lawful presence documents. Receives and processes applications for Academic Renewal. Responsible for sorting, opening and coding of all Admission documents in preparation for front end scanning Position will provide exemplary customer service to students, parents, faculty and staff regarding related issues and serving as a generalist for Financial Aid and Registrar. Interpret academic and institutional policy for registration, federal and state regulations for receiving aid and providing accurate information to visitors of the Momentum Center. Assist with Commencements to include working the ceremony and assisting with UWG 1101 presentations Other duties as assigned by the Director Enrollment Services Center. Responsibilities
