Data Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Identify and collect data sources, analyze and extract key data and information, and evaluate and monitor data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with querying or analyzing data to answer questions and solve problems

• Experience with visualizing data to identify trends or patterns

• Ability to assist with various aspects of the data management process, including enterprise data management knowledge areas, such as data quality

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the DoD

• Ability to develop products within timeframes and communicate across technical and nontechnical stakeholders

• Ability to learn data catalog tools, including Collibra
