On the Siri Personalized Behavior Modeling team, you will align, drive, and build solutions that take advantage of our users' individual behavior to create their perfect personalized experience.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years building and leading a team of high-performing software engineers
  • Leadership skills necessary to build, lead, and develop a team around a unified vision
  • Proven experience in shipping systems to production
  • Experience in tools, frameworks, and prototype development
  • Interpersonal skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience
  • In-depth experience crafting fault-tolerant high-performing systems
  • Preferred: Experience with NL systems


Description

The Siri team is looking for someone with strong technical and collaboration skills. You will build and lead a team that will collaborate with other engineers in several technical areas. You will partner with cross-functional leaders and guide strategic decision-making. In this position, you will play a vital role in the overall success of Siri intelligence across all Apple devices. Specific responsibilities include: * Providing technical leadership to the team * Aligning teams across Apple toward a shared vision and engineering plan * Building tools and frameworks that teams across Apple can integrate with

Education & Experience

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred Ph.D.

Additional Requirements

  • * Understanding of ML models and how to integrate with them
  • * Hands-on experience with on-client development (preferably with Swift or Objective-C)


Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900.00 and $316,900.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
