Requisition #:617489 Location:Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21201 Category:Nursing Schedule:Day Shift The Johns Hopkins Hospital Surgical Progressive Care Unit (Zayed 11 West) is a 32 bed unit caring for adult surgical patients. The unit offers 3 levels of care: floor, telemetry, and intermediate care (IMC). Services provided: IMC patient arrythmia management, BiPAP/CPAP, bedside bronchoscopy, Thoracic surgery (lung resections, pneumonectomy, esophagectomy), Trauma, Urology (RRP, TURP), and variety of other general surgery patients. *All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.* Shifts: 12 hour day & night rotating or Permanent Nights; 2 out of 6 weekends Qualifications: BSN or MSN preferred. Must be from an accredited nursing program. Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire.
