What You Will Do:

We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Junior Analyst for a government-sponsored program. The Junior Analyst will assist the government in implementing risk management projects to ensure clients are meeting their strategic goals, and to assist in developing performance measures.



  • Draft work products for team and client review
  • Work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Translate multifaceted work processes into clear project goals and deadlines
  • Help create and distribute asynchronous and synchronous training programs
  • Assist in capturing meeting notes, evaluation notes, and training insights
  • Conduct presentations for clients, engage directly with clients, and interface with other senior officials and managers


What You Will Need:

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's with at least 2-5 years of work experience
  • Preferred experience working with US government clients


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Must be able to develop and grow stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work during normal business hours on Eastern Standard Time
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and demonstrate good written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills using products including Excel, Microsoft TEAMS, PowerPoint, Visio, MURAL, and SharePoint


Reporting Relationships:

Reports directly to a manager.

Working Conditions:

Work will normally be performed in an air-conditioned office environment. Work will be non-manual, but the incumbent must be able to walk and climb among equipment and structures. There may be an occasional need to lift up to 10 pounds.
