Physician, Endocrinology

Physician serves as skilled health-care professional trained and licensed to practice medicine; responsible for the medical management of patients including but not limited to initial evaluation, medical histories, physical evaluations and diagnostic testing; requests necessary tests and follow-up visits, and refers patients to specialists as necessary; requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice.

Minimum Education Required
Doctorate (Professional) or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in internal medicine

Required Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in endocrinology required; current Ohio medical licensure required.
