Requisition #:614904 Location:Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21201 Category:Nursing Schedule:Rotating Shift The Johns Hopkins Hospital Acute Inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehab Unit (Meyer 7) has 18 beds for adult patients requiring inpatient acute care including Physical, Occupational and/or Speech Therapy services. Our team of experts specialize in rehabilitation care for amputation, transplant receipients, spinal cord injury and dysfunction, complex medical conditions, brain injury and illness, musculoskeletal injury, and stroke. A Neuro-psychologist is available as part of the care team to provide support to the patient, family, and staff. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team in developing an inpatient and discharge care plan. Nurses educate patients and families to ensure a safe transition to home or lower acuity skilled nursing facilities as necessary. Shifts: : 12 hour rotating shifts; 36 hours per week Qualifications
