Who You Are




  • Passionate digital marketer excited about driving results and changing the world through literacy.



  • You have hands-on experience in email marketing platforms (SFMC preferred).



  • You have a customer-first mindset.



  • You have created or worked on content marketing programs.



  • You can work cross-functionally and can pick up the phone to talk through complex campaigns with key stakeholders and business leaders




What Youll Do/ A Day in The Life Typically Includes

This individual will be responsible for supporting lead and revenue generation initiatives for selected business units within Baker & Taylor. This will include the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for new-to-market products as well as our current portfolio.

The right candidate will be ready to move forward with a digital-first mindset, use email/social/content to drive leads and revenue, and consider the end-user experience at each platform touch point. Each day, you will work with your peers on the marketing team to create campaigns for selected business units that drive results in the form of leads and revenue generation. Each month you will be responsible for reporting back on the success (or optimizations needed!) on each of your assigned campaigns.

  • Omnichannel campaign creation

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience




  • Bachelors degree or work experience that demonstrates digital marketing success.





  • 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing
