Director - HR Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

* Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems, with a particular focus on Workday Talent Management modules.

* Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.

* Partner with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to identify opportunities to improve HR technology solutions and processes.

* Provide leadership and guidance to the HR technology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR technology services.

* Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting of HR technology solutions.

* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure HR systems are integrated with other business systems as needed.

* Manage HR technology budgets and timelines.

* Lead and develop direct reports and dotted-line employees. Required Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* 12 + years of experience in HRMS Technology

* 8 + years of experience in Workday or Other HRMS

  • Background in engineering is preferred

**Bachelor's degree required.

Annual Salary

$130,000.00 - $300,500.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
