We are seeking a dynamic team leader to help us drive efficiency, process improvement, and inventory management in sophisticated and exciting classified IT environments. Our team is responsible for the vital mission of building and maintaining classified IT inventory, computing facilities, and programmatic information in support of classified work for the ground breaking Air and Missile Defense Sector (AMDS).

As the leader of our classified IT facilities team, you will have the opportunity to work with and guide hardworking team members in operating technical and physical aspects of computing spaces. You will join a team of creative problem solvers who are committed to scalable solutions in a complex secure environment.

As the IT Facilities Management Supervisor you will...

  • Be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient organization and utilization of your team and its resources to meet sector collateral secret needs.
  • Lead construction, auditing, technical, and risk management framework (RMF) projects
  • Prioritize and manage workloads
  • Strive to propose novel strategies to a wide variety of given tasks and needs
  • Ensure physical compliance security requirements are being met
  • Lead all aspects of documentation tools, managing contracts, and user compliance for AMDS
  • Collaborate extensively with our user community and team members
  • Be instrumental in crafting a culture of constant improvement
  • Supervise the record of disposition process
  • Empower, develop, and mentor staff

Qualifications

You will meet our minimum qualifications if you...

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience and have 5+ years' experience as an IT facility administrator
  • Possess substantial leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability in communicating with all levels of staff and clients
  • Have or can obtain an IAT Level II Certification including though not limited to Security+ CE Certification.
  • Are willing to work a significant portion of the time in a closed area.
  • Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately get a Secret level security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information.

You will go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you ...

  • Have knowledge of classified computer facility operational procedures and NISPOM, DCSA, RMF and/or other DOD security regimes.
  • Are familiar with DevOps practices and implementation with minimal direction
  • Have experience with mixed Windows and Linux environments and data center operations including infrastructure, systems monitoring, and computer clusters of 100+ computers.
  • Have proven project management skills
