We are currently seeking a IBM Watson AIOps Developer to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience in IBM Watson AIOps suite or individual components (Event Manager [Netcool Operations Insight], Topology Manager [Agile Service Manager], AI Manager, Metric Manager [Predictive Insight]).
• Good Knowledge of IP discovery, Fault and Performance Management.
• Excellent experience on OMNIbus, Probes, Gateways, Impact, TCR, JAZZ/DASH, Operations analytics - Log analysis, Agile Service Manager, Watson AI OPS.
• Extensive work experience in Linux Operating System and extensive scripting experience (Probe rules and Impact policy).
• Experience with Netcool integration with Ticketing system/Inventory management system/Fault Management system.
• Experience with software upgrade and installation of IBM Netcool components.
• Basic understanding of Network types, protocols, and ports.
• Finance domain & FCAPS knowledge.
• Good hands-on experience in IBM Watson AIOps customization, design, analysis, debugging of issues, development, integration testing with network devices, deployment, and resolution of production issues.
• Good understanding of telemetry and observability, MLops, ETL , warehouse, SQL ( Mysql/MSSQL), Speech To text , Text to speech, End to end Machine Learning Expertise
• Good to have:

• IBM Netcool/OMNIbus V8.1 User/Admin course or equivalent experience, Certification on Netcool 8.1.

• Develop implementation and deploying to meet business needs as per design.
• Create Design documents.
• Install IBM Watson AIOPs component, setup, and device connectivity in a multitiered environment.
• Create new and maintaining existing Perl, ASL or Unix scripts.
• Create Test Cases and executing them.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentations.
• Provide technical analysis, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IBM Watson AIOPS
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI and ML Approaches
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Linux

Degree:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
