Workforce Manager II, Print Ops ICON is looking for a Print Operations Workforce Manager to schedule, coordinate, and administer a fleet of hourly print operators across the south / central USA. In this role you will be responsible for using Workday, Foundry, and internal ICON tooling to dynamically and efficiently schedule 24/7 field fleet teams. You will also be responsible for tactical administration and communication for all scopes associated with labor/data management - including but not limited to scheduling, policy updates, accommodations, sick/pto time management. Responsible for escalations as required to manager & collaboration with Print Captains to maintain a world class field team that follows best practices and displays operational discipline. This role is based primarily at ICON's HQ in Austin, TX but may require some (25%) travel, at local or deployed job sites dependent on departmental needs. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Print Operations. You will collaborate with the Manager, Field Operations and Trainer Manager. The Manager, Field Operations will be coaching/training/mentorship in addition to tactical management. The Training Manager will have full responsibility for ensuring compliant field execution and best practices log in real-time. RESPONSIBILITIES:
