Manager, Field Operations ICON is looking for a Manager, Field Operations to lead and orchestrate highly efficient day-to-day operations of our field fleet of a team of +-~75 captains & technicians. This role is responsible for resourcing ICON technology/materials and collaborating with internal champions/project managers to run 24/7 operations/deliver across all projects delivering printed structures across the central/south USA. This role will have direct reports; largely all Senior Print Captains. You will collaborate with a Training Manager, and Workforce Manager and will report to the Sr. Manager of Print Operations. The scheduler will have full responsibility for all administration of the field fleet team. The trainer will have full responsibility for ensuring compliant field execution and best practices log in real-time. You will be responsible for coaching/training/mentorship in addition to tactical management of these teammates to meet/exceed their targets you help them set. This role is based out of Austin TX, but requires 50%+ travel to project sites across the central / south United States to manage tactical execution boots-on-the-ground.
