Summary: Perform audits, and physically count product locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.



  • Research, report, and root cause discrepancies
  • Prepare and comprehend QAD reports
  • Verify inventory quantities and locations
  • Use of radio frequency hand held or truck mount scanning device
  • Perform department audits
  • Use of QAD and RF
  • Operate motorized industrial equipment
  • Participate in department meetings and projects
  • Operate within standard operating procedures
  • Maintain neat, clean and well-organized work area
  • Timely, regular and dependable attendance

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Excellent math ability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Analytical, responsible, and conscientious
  • Good performance, accuracy, and safety records -no active warnings in file
  • Ability to lift, pack and stack up to 50 pounds in proper manner
  • Willing to work overtime as required
  • Adhere to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to pass the motorized industrial equipment test and obtain license
  • Working knowledge of QAD system preferred; ability & willingness to be trained to proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment helpful but not necessary
  • Legible handwriting



Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must successfully complete the motorized industrial equipment test and obtain license.
