JOB DESCRIPTION
This seasonal position is ideally suited for individuals with the flexibility to adjust their schedules from part-time to full-time based on seasonal needs, emphasizing availability during our peak season from September to November.Candidates must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM in their local time zone, Monday through Friday.Your commitment to maintaining presence during these standard daytime hours and the ability to adapt to shifting workloads, particularly during our peak periods, is essential. Attends onsite open enrollment and health care meetings at client locations or virtually. May have to give a presentation on benefits, or be available to answer individual questions. Provides follow up information electronically to appropriate Delta Dental personnel. This role requires at least two or more years experience in one or more of the following: benefits administration in Human Resources, serving as a medical/dental carrier, representative, or an insurance broker. Currently hiring in the following locations: Greater Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento Area, Inland Empire/High Desert, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Baltimore, Pittsburg, Philadelphia, New York City, Upstate NY, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, Phoenix, Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia. QUALIFICATIONS
Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $39,000 - $73,200 Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
