Consumer Centric * Use strong interpersonal skills to empathize, communicate, and connect with consumers in an honest, authentic, and engaging way that makes them feel unique * Demonstrate consultative selling skills by acting as a friend with the sale in mind - offers help and be assertive with the sale - builds rapport and offers product recommendations * Offers additional products and customization services when applicable, demonstrating in-depth product & services knowledge * Influence positive behaviors with team in-store to enable better consumer experience as a team Open mind * Consistently show an "Open to change and comfortable with ambiguity" mindset. Support the benefits of the change and has a "how can we make it better" mindset and attitude. Give constructive feedback to improve * Adopt and advocate for the new technologies being rolled-out in store. Enjoys using tech, understands how tech enables CX, improves operations, and boosts store and company performance * Embraces new ways of working and working outside of comfort zone Proactive * Takes direction, adapts and acts fast, and leverages the team * Constantly looks for improvement opportunities and ways to add value - looks to solve problems on their own or by leveraging relationships, but can escalate if support is needed. * Take ownership of a complete set of activities (i.e. VM) and help with activities outside their role (i.e. helps tailor). * Act on their own initiative without waiting for instruction in ensuring the customer always comes first, product is correctly stocked & well presented as well as maintaining the stores general look & feel" Think beyond the task * Consistently deliver store sales targets by servicing customers and generate additional sales (application of customer service standards) to achieve store profitability * Review store sales and KPI's to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager. * Demonstrate accountability for owning store development.
