Description

LaForce is one of the largest distributors of doors, frames and hardware in the commercial construction industry. We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this position you will consult with property owners and facility managers on their building needs and offer solutions. Common customers include, but are not limited to, education and hospital facilities.

Account Manager Major Responsibilities:



  • Achieve or exceed annual sales budget.
  • Develop relationships with current customers through regular visits and communication.
  • Grow customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Provide expert opinions and recommendations to customers based on industry and product knowledge.
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot the needs of the customer by investigating problems.



Account Manager Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree plus 1-3 years of outside sales experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Strong communication, organization and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to handle basic math problems and read measurement tools.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
