Position: AdvisorsSpeak Relationship Manager

Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite

Overview:

AdvisorsSpeak is a new program aimed at empowering our clients with the tools, training, and marketing support to leverage events for client growth and relationship-building.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive this program to the next level. As the Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting new and existing advisors utilizing the program. Additionally, you will help optimize and scale the program, lead brand awareness campaigns and oversee content management. What you'll do:


  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with advisors engaged with the program
  • Assist in nurturing relationships with prospective advisors interested in the program; create systematic communication process
  • Manage new and existing content on the DBR; regularly review and update material
  • Manage the development of custom marketing and advertising strategies to promote the program across various channels; including social media, email drip campaigns, and public communications
  • Provide tactical support for program execution, including advisor follow up and scheduling
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives for program grow and scalability
  • Service as a liaison between internal teams and the AdviorsSpeak program
  • Measure and monitor audience engagement from our social media and automation campaigns
  • Continuously research and integrate best practices from advisors to incorporate into our prospect and client event platform
  • Contribute to discussions/ strategies for process improvement/best practices to continuously provide the ultimate client experience
  • As suitable opportunities arise, participate in coaching advisors


Experience you'll bring:


  • Exceptional customer service skills; intuitive to needs, dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • 2 plus years' experience in project/ account/ relationship management roles
  • Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types
  • Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; an aptitude for learning new technology
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail


Bonus Points:


  • Previous experience in financial service industry
  • Understanding of independent advisors business model
  • Bachelors degree in related field
