Description
American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities department. This position will organize and coordinate activities and workflow for the Facilities (FAC) department using various software applications. The position requires accurately interpreting requests and assigning work using complex logic algorithms and critical thinking. This position is responsible for responding to and managing emergency services, maintaining Facilities documentation, and creating and managing reports. Performs facility services including back up and full support for Facilities Admin duties. Delivers interoffice mail, performs shipping and receiving for the facility, manages warehouse, and meets and greets vendors. Services break rooms, vending, and first aid supplies. Performs service inspections and audits. Plans and participates in coordinating for corporate events for all campus locations. Hourly Salary Range
American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $16.40 to $19.00 Hourly Wage Range. Onsite Requirement ASH requires all onsite employees and employees who travel for their positionto review and acknowledge ASH's Communicable Disease and Pandemic Policy. Responsibilities

Mobility Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Ability to bend, crawl, push carts and boxes, pull carts and boxes, and walk for long periods of time. Hand and eye coordination, ability to assemble packets, perform varied tasks and stock shelves. Physical Requirements Ability to communicate in both verbal and written form. Ability to see and hear other personnel and/or objects. Ability to travel within and outside the facility. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Ability to climb and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time. Ability to use warehouse and office equipment. Environmental Conditions Usual Stock room, warehouse, and office settings.
