The North America (NA) Sales Director, Brazing, based in Farmington Hills, MI, is responsible for leading the NA Brazing sales team to drive profitable growth for Arconic North America Rolled Products. Under the guidance of the VP Commercial, Automotive and Brazing, the incumbent develops the North American sales strategy for the $250M revenue Brazing business in alignment with the RP North America business unit strategy. The incumbent cultivates a high-performance selling organization with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness to optimize value added customer engagement. This role assumes a leadership role in assuring all sales activities are carried out safely within the framework of Arconic's corporate policies and fully incorporate the Arconic values. The Sales Director must have highly developed interpersonal skills. The incumbent must have demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed sales plans, ability to motivate others, and ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
