YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Perform a variety of technical assignments such as tuning, testing and troubleshooting microwave products, devices and systems following established procedures and working under general supervision.

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:



  • Responsible for all in-house vibration, mechanical shock, temperature cycle, temperature shock, humidity, HALT/HASS and salt-fog testing IAW Mil-Std-810 and Mil-Std-202.
  • Responsible for coordinating all outside environmental testing of product at other testing facilities.
  • Generate and maintain quality records resulting from testing.
  • Generate cost estimates of testing as part of internal cost workups.
  • Ensure work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
  • Generate and maintain internal QA procedures.
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.


YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:



  • Experience in a related field of study.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in HALT/HASS and salt-fog testing IAW Mil-Std-810 and Mil-Std-202.
  • Experience in a lab environment is preferred.
  • Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up. to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.


Salary Range - $25.00 - $30.00 / hour
