REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:

* Performs production and material planning activities for small program or factory
* Reviews enterprise resource planning data or other inventory records and ensures material availability for production builds
* Coordinates needs with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse and other support areas
* Validates and processes material purchase requisitions and shop orders to meet demand
* Coordinates material movement between warehouse and production areas
* Coordinates and resolves potential schedule impacts to program builds caused by late material deliveries

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to gather and analyze material planning data
* Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning concepts
* Basic problem solving skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to provide information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
* Ability to work in a team environment to ensure all objectives are met for the work group
* Limited supervision required; no instructions needed for routine work, and general instructions given for new activities or special assignments
* May require knowledge of government property handling procedures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Must be a US person as access to ITAR related data will be a job requirement
