Job Description:Responsibilities include: * Preparation, calculation, and analysis of the US State income tax provision and effective tax rate, and related uncertain tax positions, valuation allowances, and tax attributes.Interact with various team members to gather information and prepare State tax apportionment * Computation of the US Federal and State Research and Development tax credit * Active participation in purchase price accounting related to M&A state tax effects * Helping drive automation initiatives to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the tax accounting and tax compliance process and providing support for process improvement projects * Position is on-site full-time in our Palo Alto campus This position reports to the State Income Tax Director. Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $109,200 - $182,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
