The role of a Site Analyst involves many different responsibilities. The Analyst will be responsible for building strong partnerships with both clients and other internal teams. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities, as well as conduct in-depth analysis to support recommendations and insights for clients. The Analyst is also responsible for executing data quality assurance and having strong project management skills. The Analyst must be able to independently troubleshoot and address issues, generate reports, and anticipate client business needs.

Responsibilities:

* Own reporting and analysis creation for all client web properties (monthly/quarterly reports, campaign performance reports, dashboard creation, etc.)

* Update client status documents and speak to project updates in weekly meetings

* Manage and upkeep tracker of learnings, recommendations, and cumulative results

* Develop a strong client relationship and be viewed as an Analytics Subject Matter Expert

* Develop a solid understanding of client business needs and the competitive environment

* Ability to turn data into insightful findings and business recommendations, utilizing data visualization to effectively communicate key messages

* Leverage a variety of tools to deliver rapid-response data mining and insights, while also working on large, multifaceted analyses

* Identify opportunities to implement new processes, tools, techniques, and analytical frameworks designed to better serve our clients and increase department operating efficiencies

* Coordinate with media partners to drive data strategy across multiple customer touch points

* Effectively communicate status of projects both verbally and in writing to management

* Effectively communicate roadblocks, and identify ways to mitigate risks, escalating at-risk projects to management

* Understand how analytics are implemented across sites, and be able to diagnose and communicate analytics tagging issues

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

* Self-starter with 2-4 years of analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment is preferred

* Experience working in Digital Analytics (Web, Online Advertising, Search, Social) with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, is preferred

* Must demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills

* Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Demonstrates high accountability, initiative, and thought leadership

* Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required

* Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently

* Ability to have flexible working hours to accommodate global time zone differences
