General Description
This faculty position requires on-site presence and is not a remote opportunity. The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill their duties and responsibilities in person.

The purpose of this position is to instruct classes and labs as assigned by the Dean and to develop new courses. This is accomplished by maintaining requisite office hours; providing academic advisement to students; serving on college committees; attending meetings; participating in professional development activities; and performing all instructional-related activities as directed within the policies, guidelines, and regulations of Northeast Community College.

Under minimal supervision, the instructor is responsible for the delivery of course instruction in a variety of modalities and locations, facilitation of student learning and success, assessment of student performance, advising students on academic issues, and the on-going development of curriculum and learning strategies which meet the needs of students and employers. Additionally, the instructor collaborates with other faculty and staff members to provide quality instruction for a diverse student population; and performs instructional duties and responsibilities in accordance with the philosophy, mission, policies, and procedures of the College.
Qualifications: Education
Minimum of a masters in business administration or a masters degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in business required.
Qualification:Experience
Three to five years' teaching experience required; preferably at the community college level with an ability to teach multiple levels from developmental to advanced students. Candidates with demonstrated experience training individuals in the use of computer applications and office occupation skills preferred.
Qualification:Skills
Position requires expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy required. Outstanding human relation skills working in a team environment is required.

Applicants selected for an interview will be expected to provide a 15-20-minute teaching demonstration for the search committee.
