Position Responsibilities

As a Specpoint Upgrade Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients from legacy specification products to the new specification platform, Specpoint. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support our clients through the upgrade process, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of Specpoint. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful upgrades and enhance customer experience.

1. Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the upgrade process.
o Understand client needs, pain points, and expectations related to their upgrade to Specpoint.
o Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence.
2. Training and Adoption:
o Facilitate training and workflow sessions for clients during the upgrade process.
o Provide in-depth Specpoint Demos and design demos for customers.
o Collaborate with the Product Management Team to create user-friendly resources and documentation.
3. Change Management:
o Assist clients in adapting to the new platform by promoting best practices.
o Identify potential challenges and proactively address them.
o Advocate for the benefits of Specpoint to encourage user adoption.
4. Feedback Collection and Improvement:
o Gather feedback from clients regarding their upgrade experience.
o Collaborate with product teams to enhance Specpoint based on user insights.
o Continuously improve the upgrade process based on client feedback.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience required.
  • Experience in Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Management, or related field required to understand specialized terminology in this industry that will allow you to interpret customer inquiries.
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated previous experience in Specification writing.
  • Familiarity with specification writing software and tools is essential (knowledge of MasterSpec and Specpoint is a strong advantage).

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $55500.00 - $83250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
