Ansell is looking for a Manager, Channel Marketing to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

In this position you will play a vital role in developing and executing customer marketing strategies in both the US and Canada. Participate in building the customer strategy, lead local level execution and provide input to measure the success of priority campaigns, events, new product, and portfolio growth initiatives. Manage a Vertical to develop customer insights and support building a Go to Market strategy to drive growth. Lead our regional omnichannel partnership opportunities across distribution customers.

What your role will be?


  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to develop Customer Marketing strategies aligned with both the global marketing strategy and Customer business strategies.
  • Lead Customer Marketing planning efforts to support the specific local level needs of the customer within each country.
  • Own, manage, execute customer marketing calendar and plan for assigned customers, including collateral, trade show support, Distributor Rep engagement/training (including translation of materials through a third party as required.
  • Deploy customized product/innovation launch kits to the customer and support associated distributor training needs.
  • Collaborate across Channel Marketing, Strategic Accounts, EU and Digital Mktg teams to ensure a consistent strategy in market.
  • Manage local level digital platform development, included but not limited to distributor e-com needs (content and media).
  • Develop and implement our omnichannel partnership opportunities across our distribution customers, including pitching to Channel Customers
  • Plan and attend Customer trade shows and events affiliated with agreed upon campaigns.
  • Partner with channel seller to execute customer QBR
  • Provide voice of the customer to the broader marketing to further inform how we operationalize the buying journey, as well as develop customer centric content.
  • Provide input into the annual budget process by preparing recommendations on customer level strategic priorities, tradeshow and A&P needs.


What will you bring to Ansell?


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 5+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade/Channel Marketing experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • 25-50% travel required for travel to meet with customers and to attend/ host trade shows and customer events
