Position Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Planning & Construction Services, the incumbent is responsible for managing assigned major and/or minor construction projects, including all aspects of project management during development, planning, design, construction, and final close-out. FLSA: Exempt (Not eligible for overtime compensation) Anticipated Hiring Range: $7,917.00 per month - $9,167.00 per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,750.00 - $11,146.00 per month Best-in-class Benefits: CSU Total Compensation: Salary Grade/Range: 1 Recruitment Type: Regular (At-will) Time Base: Full-Time Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. May be eligible for a partial telework schedule, upon management approval, following a training period.
