Role + Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and sales team for commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Assist in product selection, sizing, and application support.
- Act as an escalation path for product and application-related issues in the region, ensuring effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of interactions between customers, representatives, and internal teams.
- Provide technical assistance to sales team on quotes for products and services.
- Conduct quote follow-up support activities.
- Serve as an internal resource for product-specific knowledge.
- Address field opportunities (pre/post-sales) and offer training assistance.
- Create and maintain technical materials and knowledge articles for future reference.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance processes.
Qualification + Profile
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any technical field with 2+ years of related experience
- Understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively present information in a clear and organized manner, and respond professionally and appropriately to questions of managers, reps, and customers
- Ability to travel 20-25% as needed
