We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to actively support the Transition Program Manager with daily tasks, contributing to efficient program management. This role is integral to documenting workflow and requires a proactive approach to a variety of key tasks. The Project Manager will have the following core responsibilities:
- Fundamentally be comfortable with Financial Service Industry network operations
- Supports a unique service offering from Cisco, with the ideal candidate excited to help build something from scratch, demonstrating high adaptability, persistence, curiosity, and flexibility.
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset, embracing the role's ambiguity as an opportunity for innovation, experimentation, and the creation of unique solutions.
- Proficiently develops sustainable and efficient processes for large-scale teams, with hands-on technical background or experience in technical process mapping as a plus.
- Excels in using process optimization tools like Miro, Visio, JIRA, and others to boost productivity, identify risk, and streamline operations when developing well-documented business and technical environments.
- Conducts effective interviews and facilitates clear communication and efficient team collaboration.
- Successfully handles unique customer situations, using these experiences to influence and implement process changes.
- Applies strong analytical skills to pinpoint process inefficiencies and recommend strategic solutions.
- Manages stakeholders effectively, ensuring all parties are informed and involved in process changes.
- Adapts to changing environments and processes, maintaining team productivity.
- Displays excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Continuously pursues professional learning and development, staying updated on the latest process optimization tools and techniques.
Desired Skillsets:
- PMP certification preferred
Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management and team collaboration. - Experience with Office365 for tracking tasks, organizing information, workflow automation and project coordination.
- Familiarity with Miro for creating interactive and visual workflows, diagrams, and brainstorming sessions.
- Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking, agile project management, and operational reporting.
