Responsibilities

The Manager is responsible for the operations, personnel and financial management of assigned physician offices as established by departmental guidelines. Supports the physician offices in achieving optimum performance by ensuring continuity and quality of service and care through the daily operations management. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

  • Provides leadership demonstrating the ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, counsel and develop staff to work toward their highest level of function, in accordance with job descriptions and competencies
  • Works closely with physicians to assure patient and surgical scheduling are meeting acceptable standards
  • Monitors up-front collections, billing and collections to assure processes are working, monies are collected appropriately and reimbursements are accurate
  • other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Three (3) or more years of directly related healthcare experience
  • Two (2) or more years in a supervisory capacity

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree
