What You'll Do

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to own audience acquisition for security customer advisory boards.

  • Take full ownership of the audience acquisition process for customer advisory boards, from initial planning to post-event follow-up
  • Heavy outreach to sales teams and customers to drive registration, utilizing direct email
  • Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after events to build relationships, gather feedback, and encourage future participation
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target audiences and messaging strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and high conversion rates
  • Track every customer interaction before, during, and after each advisory board to measure success and find ways to optimize the program
Who You'll Work With

This position will work directly with sales teams and customers to maximize audience engagement from high-value accounts through direct email outreach.

Who You Are

Minimum requirements:

  • 2-5 years of customer marketing and/or ABM experience. Adept at using Microsoft Excel. Strong written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A highly motivated and very detail-oriented individual
