Intercompany Global Process Owner supports both the strategic and operational aspects of the end-to-end intercompany processes across multiple countries, business units, and functions. Key Characteristics
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with global process team member to influence organizational change and bring in process consistency across global operations
Ensure that the process is standardized, efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Propose manual journal entries to ensure timely and accurate expense recognition for month-end Intercompany related accounts, and review and approve all Intercompany journals in the system
Responsible for monthly fixed asset balances on P&L and balance sheet side
Collaborate closely with Operations on the settlement of FA in progress
Support the tax consultant in setting up the information on Fixed assets for US declarations
Support annual audit cycles performed by internal and external auditors, as well as ensure compliance with the internal control standards for Intercompany
Hard Skills
Ability to design complex formulas, lookups, and macros in spreadsheets
Comprehensive knowledge of fixed assets (capitalization vs expense, starting date, amortization and depreciations, ...)
Strong analytical skills, and experience in financial reporting

Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting
8 + years' experience in finance or accounting
Experience with BI/reporting tools
Experience with calculation and/or posting journal entries for Intercompany transactions
Experience with Blackline account reconciliation tool, and developing Tableau reports
