Job Summary Responsible for the accuracy and support for Time and Attendance applications. Ensure that information flows properly in and out of the timekeeping system.Job Description Key Accountabilities *
Troubleshooting second and third tier user requests.

Resolving system and data problems.
*
Performing routine system maintenance.
*
Resolving data and interface errors.
*
Testing of system changes from time and HR systems.
*
Timely and accurate reporting of time and tracking of time off balances.
*
Conduct audits of timekeeping system
*
Liaison
with users to support enhancements. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements *
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
*
Minimum 3 year's experience with supporting workforce applications.
*
Preferably functional knowledge with Workday or Workforce Time.
*
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
*
Critical thinking and analytical skills.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Metrics *
Timely and accurate delivery of enhancements for timekeeping system.
*
Response to employees, external vendors or internal departments is timely, courteous and accurate.

Manage, prioritize and track tickets related to timekeeping system.
