DESCRIPTION Functions as a member of the Interventional Radiology Team, operates Radiographic-angiographic equipment, special procedures auxiliary equipment, and physiologic recorder. Perform general diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic exams using fixed equipment while following radiology filming protocols and polices. Contributes to and participates in work organization, training and evaluation of staff as a member of self-directed work teams. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART w/in 6 months of hire date California Radiology Technologist of Fluoroscopy (CRT-F) Registered Technologist for Radiography issued by ARRT (R.T(R)(ARRT)) Interventional Radiology (IR) experience. At least one year of experience preferred as a radiologic technologist. Experience in another modality or relevant experience. On the job training provided by the CT modality. Knowledge of PACS, fluoroscopy, diagnostic and computer. Demonstrated and applied knowledge of the principles of radiation safety. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Two (2) years of interventional/angiographic radiology experience. Cross trained and competent in computerized tomographic procedures. Neuro experience preferred. Knowledge of sterile fields. EPIC Radiant. SPECIAL CONDITIONS Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $137,954 - $137,954 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $66.07 - $66.07 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
