Corporate Planning Analyst

General Summary:

The Analyst, Corporate Planning will contribute to companywide cross-functional strategies and projects that enable Honda Aircraft Company to make and implement sound business decisions expeditiously. It is a unique opportunity to contribute to corporate initiatives from day one, with ample opportunities and support to further develop skills and talents necessary for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support manager(s), Corporate Planning Division to complete the following duties & responsibilities:

• development and implementation of company-wide strategies.
• with cross-functional colleagues, stakeholders, and external contacts (vendors, prospective business partners, etc.) to drive projects.
• strategy KPI tracking with divisional leaders.
• internal business data and competitors' business data and present findings.
• support monthly and quarterly company report creation.

Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

• degree or equivalent work experience.
• business development, analytics, consultancy/advisory, and/or project management experience.
• experience in the aviation industry is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• interpersonal communication skills.
• track record of multitasking in a fast-paced and often abstract environment.
• for detail necessary to create professional documents presented to management.
• to understand the competitive business jet market, corporate requirements, and other necessary information to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• in Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint and Excel) is a plus.
