Job Description: Advisory Senior Consultant with Crowe, LLP (New York, NY) Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants. Model development of statistical tests, complex regressions, Time-Series forecasting, Cluster analysis, and Random Forest. Reviews and tests code scripts for data analytics, model development, and model monitoring processes. Develops, tunes, and optimizes AML (anti-money laundering) scenarios. Reviews and tests model codes involving databases, data transformation, data analysis, complex regressions, and forecasting. Performs stress testing for a variety of risk-rating models, including economic forecasting models, PD (probability of default), LGD (loss given default models), and ALL (allowance for loan loss/credit models). This position allows for remote work and reports to the company's office in New York, NY. Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in International Economics and Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Position requires related experience (6 months with Master's), which must include some experience or education in each of the following skills: Regression Analyses; Machine Learning and Business Visualization; Data Manipulation and Transformation; Credit score modeling and time-series forecasting; Financial risk management; R and Python; SQL and MS Excel with Macro and VBA technique; and Data analytics. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 to $147,767.00 per year.
