Essential Functions
What You'll Do:

  • Clean University buildings to ensure that facilities are in suitable condition for activities, which may include (but not limited to) mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, dusting, and trash disposal.
  • Maintains equipment and supplies in order to complete tasks.
  • May assist in building inspections to determine if custodial care is needed.
  • May assist in arranging tables and chairs for special events.

Minimum Skills and Abilities
Education for Level I and II: Ability to read and write.

Experience for Level I: No experience
Experience for Level II: 2 years experience in custodial floor care techniquest

Substitutions allowed for Experience: When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience
