Job Summary	Auburn Athletics is seeking candidates for a Student Worker- Business Office to assist the administrative support team with various tasks! Essential Functions	Pick up mail from the mail room and distribute it into the boxes in the business office. Take packages/documents to PBS at Ingram Hall and pick up the team travel cash advance checks from PBS on Wednesdays. Distribute those checks to each of us based on our sports. Take deposits to the bank and return with the deposit slip. File processed paperwork such as vendor vouchers and journal vouchers. Submit vendor vouchers under $1,000 in Banner eVendor Voucher system. Work as a cashier in the Tigers Den for recruiting at some football games (handling both cash and credit card payments) and complete the corresponding form for Compliance.
