Teaching Assistant Professor - General Business - College of Business & Economics

Description

The Department of General Business of the John Chambers College of Business and Economics invites applications for a full-time Assistant Teaching Professor position. The initial appointment will be for two years, beginning in August 2024, with renewal based on performance. Candidates must have a doctoral degree in Economics from an AACSB-accredited College of Business. This full-time position requires teaching six courses (60% of workload) of statistical research methods in our fully online Doctorate of Business Administration program. Courses include, but not limited to: Introduction to Regression, Cross-Section Data Analysis, Experimental Methods, Causal Inference, and Non Cross Section Data Analysis. Experience in online teaching of statistics required. The candidate is expected to be doctoral qualified in research at time of appointment and maintain that status throughout the appointment. Service will be to the DBA.

Qualifications

This position requires a PhD or DBA in economics from an AACSB accredited College of Business. Applications will be accepted through June 1, 2024.
