Job Type: Support Staff - Union Bargaining Unit: Local 32 BJ Regular/Temporary: Regular Hours Per Week: 40 Standard Work Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday 4:00pm - 12:00am Salary Range: $21.49 - $21.49 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The Door Attendant will announce visitors, assure building security and will be responsible to keep lobby clean and neat at all times. Responsibilities All incoming and outgoing packages will be handled by this employee. Neat appearance and excellent command of the English language are extremely important. The Door Attendant must have strong character references and be able to make intelligent decisions should the occasion arise. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma and/or its equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Previous related experience is preferred.
