We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to work under the Director of Operations & Engineering to provide process development, new equipment implementation, and productivity improvements to support manufacturing in the Hayesville Ohio facility. The incumbent will interface with all levels of personnel across all departments to proactively manage process improvement initiatives. This position will work out of the Hayesville, Ohio facility. This position involves work on equipment in a manufacturing environment and requires following basic safety precautions. Work is normally performed in a shared work environment divided between the shop floor and an interior workspace. This position requires wearing full PPE to protect from potential hazards on the shop floor. This position requires anywhere from light to moderate physical activity, such as walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time, as well as some lifting and engaging all motions necessary to efficiently perform job duties. |
