How You'll Support Our Mission

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to become a part of the Enterprise Revenue Systems within the Transformation Management Office at ESO. The ideal candidate should possess a robust expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization gained from experience within a well-established international organization. Their primary duties will revolve around overseeing our Salesforce platform, enhancing its capabilities to align with our organizational requirements, and providing comprehensive support to users across multiple departments through our transformation journey.

What You'll Be Doing - The Day to Day



  • Configure fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to optimize user experience and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain automation through process builder, flows, and other tools.
  • Design and build Conga Composer templates and automation workflows to streamline document generation processes.
  • Configure and administer CPQ functionalities, including but not limited to building new products, bundles, pricing rules, and contract pricing.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving tickets related to Salesforce functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Work within a DevOps framework to manage release management processes, including deployment and version control.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and implement them as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a Salesforce subject matter expert.
  • Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary measures to ensure data integrity and compliance.


Who You Are - The Essentials



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex Salesforce environment.
  • Extensive experience in building Conga Composer templates and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in CPQ administration, including configuring products, pricing rules, and contract pricing.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to research and implement best practices to solve business challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Who You Are - The Desirables (It's a plus if you have):



  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Advanced Administrator preferred.
  • Experience working in an international organization with heavy M&A activity is a plus.
