Machine Learning Engineer- Remote




Description



We are looking for Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge in designing and developing machine learning systems, implementing appropriate ML algorithms. You will have to work with data to create models, perform statistical analysis, and train and retrain systems to optimize performance. You will also be responsible to build efficient self-learning applications and contribute to advancements in artificial intelligence. You will also work closely with data team, application team closely to ensure efficient solutions. 4-6 Year of experience.

Responsibilities

* Design machine learning systems

* Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools

* Develop machine learning applications according to requirements

* Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods

* Run machine learning tests and experiments

* Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results

* Train and retrain systems when necessary

* Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks

* Keep abreast of developments in the field

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role

* Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture

* Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms

* Ability to write robust code in Python

* Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

* Experience in performing machine learning tasks in Azure or Google

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work in a team

* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

* Real time experience on building model training, deployment, Inference, re-training pipelines, CI/CD.

* Experience working with Model monitoring tools.

* Experience with data drift, model drift and other kind of drifts.

* Experience with model tracking tools like MLflow.

* Experience with safe roll out strategies like Blue-green, A/B, canary etc.

* Good knowledge in python, Ability to solve the medium level problems and think around the edge test cases of the problem.

Certification(s) Required CERTIFIED AZURE DATA SCIENTIST ASSOCIATE.

The annual salary for this position is between$90,000 - $113,000depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
