Assistant Manager GTM Statement

Purpose & Overall Relevance:




  • Assist development of clear Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for partnership business to achieve joint objectives, including enhancing brand visibility, supporting key franchises and territories, and increasing market share in key distribution channels
  • Prepare for successful product launches by refining functional aspects and ensuring readiness for sales.



Key Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:




  • Assist in developing and executing partnership GTM strategy and objectives before, during, and after launch
  • Maintain operational excellence to ensure timely and accurate delivery to all cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Insights, Product Marketing, and Storytelling to identify strategic opportunities with consumers, brand, and partnerships
  • Support the planning, creation, and delivery of impactful sell-in and sell-out tools at key milestones
  • Facilitate communication across global teams and market contacts to ensure understanding and implementation of the GTM strategy
  • Ensure system maintenance and data readiness within the Business Unit (BU) for key milestones
  • Provide project management support, including follow-up communication, action items, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing for any sample related projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:




  • Understanding of go-to-market and brand marketing principles
  • Strong knowledge of the sports & lifestyle industry, including trends and competition
  • Proficiency in merchandising
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle complex tasks
  • Ability to interpret and apply data and trends effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:




  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
