Creighton University is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for the Institute for Population Health and the School of Medicine This is a full-time, hourly position on campus. Key Responsibilities Provides administrative support to the Institute for Population Health, and the School of Medicine's Dean's office. Positions supported include, IPH Senior Director, Program Manager, Highlander Director and staff, and SOM Associate and Assistant Deans, administrators and staff as needed. Performs complex, advanced, diversified, sensitive, and confidential administrative duties that require care and discretion. Organizes and maintains correspondence and projects, following up on pending matters with limited direction. Prepares special reports and correspondence, summarizing and analyzing data. Maintains minutes for leadership meetings. Communicates with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry, and community. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require critical thinking, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Assists in the scheduling of SOM and Highlander conference rooms and understands the procurement of all room reservations within the University. Provides reception for guests who will access the IPH and SOM programs within the Werner building. Will work closely with the SOM Executive Assistant to collaborate on job duties and to provide backup services when either position Is out of the office.
