Job Description

Role Overview:

Join the elite team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) at Memorial Sloan Kettering! We are seeking a passionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for our Inpatient Supportive Care Medicine Service. In this role, you will provide compassionate and evidenced based palliative care consultations to hospitalized oncology patients, addressing their physical and psychosocial needs, supporting complex communication, and goals of care. Collaborate with our dedicated disease management teams to ensure holistic, person centered care throughout the illness trajectory, and facilitate smooth transitions from inpatient to outpatient care. Be part of an interprofessional team committed to delivering exemplary, research-driven care.

Key Qualifications:

    Graduate from an accredited PA program
  • NCCPA certification
  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience is preferred
  • BLS certification

OR

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
  • Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience is preferred
  • Related National NP certification
  • BLS certification

Additional Information:

Location: 1275 York Ave NY, NY

Hours: Days, 12.5 hour shifts, 13 shifts per 28 days

Pay Range: 144k-182K
