Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Our Sales Operations Team is looking for a multifaceted individual who can communicate effectively across various functional areas and has excellent hands-on problem-solving, and analytical skills. This person will elevate the operational efficiency and data management in the Sales Operations department.

  • Maintain a bookings snapshot report including weekly analysis of snapshot data.

  • Generate and maintain various snapshot analysis reports applying advanced Excel skills

  • Review sales orders in SAP for allocations, configuration issues and pricing.

  • Provide support for quotes, sales forecasts, shipments.

  • Reconcile bookings dollars in snapshot to SAP and Caerus.

  • Complete quarter end close activities in conjunction with corporate finance.

  • Respond to inquiries relative to order conditions and configurations from Program Managers, Division Sales, Master Scheduler, Configuration Analyst, Trades Services and Finance.

  • Coordinate divisional tool slotting in conjunction with Master Scheduler.

  • Maintain ARGO Master Ops plan weekly. Reconcile between corp revenue and Argo plan.

  • Participate in weekly divisional meetings pertaining to order status, forecast, and/or order review.

  • Receive quote requests, quote changes, adjustments and cancellations from Field Sales, Divisional Sales, Master Schedulers and Program Managers. Submit requests to Corporate OA for order processing as needed.

  • Review and acknowledge divisional approval for non-standard terms and conditions in accordance with Corporate Bookings policy.

  • Concentrated support and work commitment during peak activities, such as at the end of corporate fiscal periods.

  • Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

  • Good communication and telephone skills to relate and resolve specific order issues. Ability to act in authoritative role in meetings or related discussions.

  • Previous background should include knowledge of order management, as well as demonstrated ability to take care of other company personnel on customer order-related issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 year degree or at least two years work experience in a Sales Ops environment supporting the Sales function internally.

  • Advanced skills on functionalities of Microsoft Excel.

  • SAP ECC and SAP CRM, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI reporting experience preferred but willing to train.

  • Ability to react quickly in a fast paced environment.

  • Function independently without daily direction.

  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

  • Ability to work within a global environment, with sensitivities and understanding of cultural and multiple time zone challenges.
